Obituary for Lillie Bell Banks

Mrs. Lillie Bell Banks was born in Clayton, Alabama on Feburary 10, 1943 to the union of Gus and Annie Lee Rivers.

Mrs. Banks worked for Chicago Archdiocese for over 20 years, where she served as the Head Chief. She love cooking and didn't mind feeding anyone. Lillie was the type of person who will tell you exactly what she thinks about you.

Lillie had a heart of gold. She told her daughter 4 years ago, "OLD PEOPLE SHOULD NOT LIVE BY THEMSELVES". Her daughter welcomed her mother to live with her. She loved her family dearly and loved spending time with her grandchildren.
Lillie was an member of Apostolic Faith Church, under the leadership of Bishop Horace E. Smith since 2002.

Lillie Bell Banks took her last breath on Sunday, January 9, 2022 at 5:54AM.
Lillie Bell Banks leaves to cherish, her only child Tajuana Banks, sister Emma L. Brown, brother Archie C. (Dorothy) Rivers, two grandsons, Akeem J. (Victoria) Jackson, Raheem J. Brooks, four great grandchildren, Raheem J. Johnson, MaKale Z. Davis ShaNyliah Johnson, Serenity Jackson, Elaina Jackson, Kameria M. Brooks and host of other relatives and friends.
