Obituary for Dorothy Christina Rembert
Dorothy, the eldest of 10 children born to John Henry and Julia Rembert, was born on March 5, 1944, in LaGrange, Arkansas.
In 1946 she relocated to Chicago with her parents and brother Jerry where she made her home.
Dorothy enjoyed a great life! She had a successful career in administration, advertising, and law until she retired. She was well traveled throughout the United States as well as abroad.
On October 23, 2022, Dorothy was called by God and made a peaceful transition home.
She is survived by eight siblings: Joyce, Pat, Vivian, Eric, Terry, Lynette, Francine, and Felicia. She also leaves to mourn nieces, nephews, cousins, and a host of friends.
Dorothy, you are forever loved and
will be forever missed.
