DAVID WARREN MANN WAS BORN TO A. LOUISE JOHNSON AND JESSE B. MANN, ON SEPTEMBER 3, 1932. DAVID DEPARTED THIS LIFE ON DECEMBER 2, 2020. HE WAS AFFECTIONATELY KNOWN AS UNCLE DAVID TO ALL THAT KNEW HIM FROM HIS KINDNESS AND CARING FOR OTHERS. DAVID WAS OF A GRADUATE ENGLEWOOD HIGH SCHOOL CLASS OF 1950 WHERE HE MADE MANY LIFELONG FRIENDS. HE SPENT TIME AT TENNESSEE STATE THEN LATER IN LIFE COMPLETED A CERTIFICATE FROM HAROLD WASHINGTON COLLEGE IN 1996 IN MENTAL HEALTH, ALCOHOLISM AND SUBSTANCE ABUSE COUNSELING. HE LATER RECEIVED HIS BACHELOR’S DEGREE IN GENERAL STUDIES FROM NORTHERN ILLINOIS UNIVERSITY IN 2007. ON JULY 3, 1985 HE TURNED HIS LIFE AND WILL OVER TO THE CARE OF GOD AS HE UNDERSTOOD HIM TO BE. DAVID USED HIS PERSONAL ENTREPRENEURIAL SKILLS TO BECOME EMPLOYED AT PITNEY BOWES IN THE COPIER SALES DIVISION IN 1987 WHICH EARNED HIM A SALESMAN OF THE YEAR AWARD. HE THEN BECAME EMPLOYED WITH PRUDENTIAL BACHE IN 1990 AND EARNED MANY ACCOLADES INCLUDING REGIONAL SPECIAL AGENT WINDY CITY AWARD 1991. HE RETIRED WITH PRUDENTIAL IN 1998 AND STARTED WITH UNITED AIRLINES WORKING IN RESERVATIONS IN 2001 WHERE HE EARNED MANY AWARDS FOR HIS GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND SALES, RETIRING IN 2013. AFTER HE RETIRED, HE KEPT HIS DAYS BUSY KEEPING UP WITH HIS CHILDREN AND HELPING OTHERS. DAVID HAS TOUCHED MANY LIVES IN HIS 88 YEARS OF LIVING. HE LEFT BEHIND MANY GREAT FRIENDS FROM ALL AROUND THE COUNTRY AND MANY FAMILY MEMBERS WHO LOVED HIM DEARLY. HE ENJOYED TRAVELING, MUSIC AND READING. HIS LEGACY OF CARING AND HELPING OTHERS WILL CONTINUE THROUGH HIS CHILDREN LISA, ALEXANDRIA, CHAZ,
